Coca-Cola introduces open AI’s generative artificial intelligence (AI) technology resembling ‘ChatGPT’ and ‘Dalli’.

Coca-Cola is introducing generative AI technology in partnership with Bain & Company, a consulting firm that has partnered with OpenAI, Analytics Insight reported on the twenty third (local time).

Based on this, the 2 corporations plan to hunt ways to strengthen promotion through generative AI, business operation, and technology improvement.

Particularly, Coca-Cola is drawing attention as the primary major consumer products company to publicly introduce generative AI into its business.

In response, unlike ChatGPT, Bain & Company ▲creates documents in real time to support sales and repair staff, ▲supports contact centers with chatbots to enhance user experience, and ▲creates ad copy or images to create customized advertisements. ▲ It has been said that the performance of the person in charge will be improved through customer conversations, various document evaluation, and chatbot communication.

Nonetheless, specific usage plans haven’t been disclosed.

As a substitute, Coca-Cola CEO James Quincy said, “We see a chance to leverage rapidly advancing technology to strengthen our marketing strategy. We’re also ways to enhance our management and capabilities.”
