KT, K-deal customers enjoy various advantages on the mobile app

Model introducing K-Deal first-come-first-served plus special event (Photo = KT)

KT announced on the eleventh that it would provide various customer advantages to commemorate the service reorganization and mobile app launch in K-Deal, an AI big data-based text commerce.

K-Deal is a shopping center service that analyzes big data equivalent to customer characteristics, consumption patterns, and interests based on KT’s communication data with AI to offer optimal products tailored to individuals at special prices. KT has been providing special information on products that suit the interests of shoppers through text messages through AI.

K-Deal carried out a service reorganization on May 15 and improved customer convenience. Together with this, a free shipping service has been launched for all products handled by K-Deal. As well as, on June 7, the K-deal app was also launched.

To commemorate this, K-Deal is holding a first-come-first-served plus special event for purchasers who use the app to buy K-Deal’s popular products with unconventional advantages until the twenty first. Event products include ▲LG Code Zero ▲Nintendo Switch ▲Polo T-shirt ▲Ainic Robot Vacuum Cleaner. Customers can buy one product registered at 10:00 am on weekdays on a first-come, first-served basis.

Individually, K-deal also issues a ten% discount coupon to customers who’ve downloaded the K-deal app. Customers can buy super special products registered within the K-Deal app at a lower cost.

Choi Joon-ki, head of KT’s AI/BigData business division, said, “Kdeal has been recommending products in various categories equivalent to fashion clothing, summer appliances, and small businesses based on KT’s AI and massive data capabilities.” Customer convenience and advantages have been strengthened, and we are going to proceed to arrange customer-friendly services in the longer term.”
