Data King (CEO Park Seon-gyu), a metaverse specialist, announced on the 4th that it has opened the ‘Jeju 4.3 Metaverse’ as a part of the Jeju Special Self-Governing Province task.
The Metaverse space could be viewed just by connecting to the Web without downloading a separate program. You may see Bukchon Neobeunsungi, Nakseon-dong 4 and three castles, Darangshigul, old distillery factory site, Goneul-dong lost village, Baekjo Ilsonji-Seotal Oreum, etc.
The six historic sites within the Metaverse could be viewed in ultra-high definition 360-degree VR (virtual reality) with 200 million pixels. As well as, within the Metaverse Memorial Park virtual space, avatars provide commentary services in 4 languages (Korean, English, Chinese, and Japanese).
A Data King official said, “The aim is to offer peace and human rights education opportunities for future generations by encouraging people to tour the April third historical sites online and visit the sites through the establishment of metaverse historical sites.”
