Channel Corporation (CEO Siwon Choi, Jaehong Kim), which operates the business messenger ‘Channel Talk’, announced on the twenty first that it has launched ‘VOC Studio’, which analyzes customer consultations with AI technology, along with Voyager X (CEO Nam Se-dong), a man-made intelligence (AI) startup.

VOC Studio uses AI to research customers’ voices in real time, derive key insights, and switch them into dashboards. The fundamental function is to maximise the efficiency of research and report writing by ▲Robotically generated CX report by AI ▲Custom dashboard ▲Automatic detection of complaints, issues, and compliments ▲Summary of consultation contents in three lines.

Specifically, the ‘AI Beneficial Report’, the primary screen of the dashboard, robotically detects outliers and organizes changes which might be easy to miss into visualized data. As well as, through the filtering function, you may check statistics, key indicators, and summary contents of desired counseling contents, corresponding to pre-set attributes (tags), complaints, issues, and compliments.

As well as, it makes it easy to customize the dashboard related to consultation issues that the corporate considers necessary. After making a dashboard for the specified CS cases, corresponding to criticism inquiries, VIP customer management, and payment inquiries for this month, related figures and indicators will be provided. All data will be shared internally and externally with a single click.

Currently, an open beta service is in progress to commemorate the launch, and firms using paid channels can experience the service without additional fees. It may well be utilized by simply linking throughout the Channel Talk solution.

Siwon Choi, CEO of Channel Corporation, said, “By collaborating with specialized AI startups, we are going to simplify related tasks in order that we are able to focus more on managing necessary customers.”

Nam Se-dong, CEO of Voyager X, said, “Although there’s lots of CS-related data, it’s difficult to derive meaningful insights from it.”
