Allganise (CEO Lee Chang-soo), which focuses on natural language cognitive search, announced on the twenty eighth that it can introduce enterprise artificial intelligence (AI) chatbot ‘AliGPT’ to the all-in-one business platform ‘Dow Office’ operated by Daou Technology.

Dow Office plans to conduct a beta test for AliGPT until the tip of May, after which officially service it.

Since 2021, Daou Technology has introduced and is using Alli’s AI chatbot ‘Ali’. As Allgunyz recently released ‘AliGPT’ that linked GPT-3.5 API to Ali, Daou technology also decided to upgrade.

Daou Technology announced that it will introduce AliGPT and expand it to a content-based non-face-to-face customer support service, breaking away from the prevailing one-on-one customer inquiry handling method that requires continuous input of individuals.

Choi Gyeong-cheol, assistant manager of the DO platform support team at Daou Technology, said, “We have now introduced Ali and are currently solving greater than 60% of straightforward inquiries out of customer questions with chatbots. I expect that,” he said.

Changsoo Lee, CEO of AllGayIs, said, “Although various services that incorporate ChatGPT are emerging, AllGayIs is trying to distinguish itself with overwhelming accuracy in document search.” With the next-generation B2B taskbot AliGPT, many corporations will give you the chance to innovate the work experience.”
