The studios proudly post to LinkedIn that they don’t must speak with users because AI can tell us users’ needs. Just ask ChatGPT what millennials need from shopping web sites, and boom, we’re done.
If we take the U out of UX, it’s not user-centered or customer-centric. It’s bot-centered research or design. It will possibly easily result in poor or incorrect strategies, decisions, products, or services.
