Reuters reported on the 18th (local time) that Tesla CEO Elon Musk revealed the plan, claiming that OpenAI “trained ‘ChatGPT’ to lie.” He also introduced the contents of a Fox News interview through which he said, “I’ll develop a truth-seeking AI that attempts to know the character of the universe.”

Previously, Musk participated in an authority signature demanding that the event of a system more powerful than ‘GPT-4’ be suspended for six months, emphasizing the hazards of AI.
