PwC, the world’s largest accounting firm, introduces a chatbot service to support lawyers and simplify their work.

Bloomberg reported on the fifteenth (local time) that PwC signed a 12-month contract with artificial intelligence (AI) startup Harvey to make use of the corporate’s artificial intelligence (AI) chatbot service.

The service provided by Harvey is predicated on ‘ChatGPT’ technology. The service is accessed by roughly 4,000 PwC attorneys in greater than 100 countries. From due diligence or compliance work to a wider range of legal advisory and legal consulting services.

In the long run, PwC plans to expand this technology into services for tax operations.
