Every defence of Foundation season 2 DISMISSED

After too a few years having these discussions on scifi forums, I way back realised that, nevertheless bad a scifi television show may be, someone will pop-up and say “well I quite liked it actually”.

In order season 2 of Not Asimov lumbers towards our screens, and as a time saving measure, I actually have collated essentially the most common arguments made in defence of the show and have fully countered and DISMISSED all of them.

1. Foundation is badly written
2. That they had too dumb down Asimov for a mass audience
3. It needed to be adapted
4. It’s high quality if you happen to ignore that it’s Foundation
5. It needed more motion
6. The Asimov estate is onboard
7. Asimov fans just be indignant
8. You’re just gatekeeping
9. I’m entitled to my opinion
10. I assumed it was OK
