The revision of the Latest Energy and Renewable Energy Development, Use, and Distribution Promotion Act (hereinafter known as the Renewable Energy Act) was promulgated on the twenty seventh after the State Council.
The renewable energy law published this time is mandatory to put in renewable energy facilities in public parking lots installed and operated by nations, local governments, and public institutions. In accordance with Article 1 and a couple of of the identical laws, it shall be implemented from the day after 6 months after 1 promulgation, and can be applied to the parking zone 2 existing.
The Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy (Ministry of Industry and Industry) plans to embody the scope of mandatory implementation and the scale of the installation of power generation facilities through the revision of the Law Regulations, and impose obligations in consideration of field conditions reminiscent of system and separation distance.
As well as, the Ministry of Industry will promote financial and administrative support to alleviate the burden of mandatory implementation, and people who are currently attempting to install solar facilities in public parking lots can receive financial support through the 2025 Renewable Energy Finance Support Project.
An official from the Ministry of Industry said, “The enforcement of recent and renewable energy facilities reminiscent of cover solar energy will spread to public parking lots in town, which is predicted to advertise the dissemination of renewable energy, achieve carbon neutral and realize energy independence.”
