The news of the US investors within the byte dance has emerged as a robust candidate for the acquisition of TikTalk.
The Paishaan Times reported on Monday that existing investors of the byte dance, similar to General Atlantic, KKR, and KKR, and KKR, have launched to amass TicTalk’s US business. Oracle also said it’ll join the TickTalk US business.
These are major US investors who invested in byte dance. The bytes dance that the algorithm secret can be maintained will be preferred for strangers. Oracle can be working on ‘Project Texas’, which stores TikTalk and American data to the US server.
It’s the primary time that their names have been mentioned within the group which have entered TikTalk. Particularly, US President Donald Trump said that 4 consortiums participated within the bid, and the consortium that Oracle participated seems to mean them.
Only Oracle’s name was made by President Trump, and it is anticipated to be involved within the operation of the US Tic Talk in some form. Due to this fact, the consortium of Oracle and existing investors is almost definitely to take over the TickTalk US business.
On this regard, the US vice chairman of JD Vans, who oversees the US acquisition of TikTalk, said it could complete the deal until April 5, the negotiation deadline. The agreement goals to secure the proper to operate the Tic Talk in the USA so as to not pass the knowledge of Americans to China.
