The Ministry of Science and ICT (Minister Lee Jong-ho) and the National Intelligence Service (NIA, President Hwang Jong-seong) announced on the twenty fourth that they held the 2024 Intelligence Information Consulting Launch Report Meeting on the NIA Daegu Headquarters.
Intelligent information consulting is a business that supports the establishment of effective plans by applying intelligent information technologies equivalent to artificial intelligence to SOC and data businesses.
Particularly, this report meeting was held to debate the direction of consulting and planning by bringing together implementing agencies and every lead agency to advertise the projects of the three agencies chosen through demand surveys and candidate project evaluations from the start of the yr.
The chosen organizations and tasks include ▲Establishment of an intelligent national communication platform by the National Human Rights Commission of Korea, ▲Establishment of a large-scale language model based on the cloud by the Korea Employees’ Compensation and Welfare Service, and ▲Establishment of an intelligent integrated port platform by the Ulsan Port Authority.
President Hwang Jong-seong said, “We’ll proceed to make efforts to be sure that intelligent information technology is successfully spread throughout the SOC and data fields through the intelligent information consulting business, thereby increasing administrative efficiency and enhancing public convenience.”
