Anthropics is alleged to have won the competition within the competition with open AI and Google Deep Mind. The probability of removing the opposite person’s talent was nearly 10 times higher.
Business Insider reported on Wednesday that the probability of an open AI engineer to maneuver to Antrovic was eight times higher than that of the Enterprise Capital Signal Fire.
Within the case of deep mind, this ratio was 11 times. The report relies on linkedIn data.
Signal Fire explained, “Because the AI Talent War is intensifying, Antropic is rapidly securing outstanding talents with AI safety -oriented philosophy, technology, and dynamics unique to early startups.” Antropic is an organization founded by Dario Amoday and Daniela Amoday siblings from Open AI.
Particularly, talented individuals who sympathize with AI questions of safety stand out to Antrofac. Yan Laike, who led the Superalignment team of Open AI, identified that last 12 months’s safety culture of open AI retreated across the product, and is currently co -leading Antropic’s Alline Team.
Open AI co -founder John Schlman also moved to Antropic to focus more on AI safety, but has recently been reported to have moved to startup sinking machines founded by former CTO Mira Murati.
Antropic can also be actively recruiting talented people from Deep Mind. Deep Mind’s senior researcher Neil Housebee was in control of launching Antrofac’s Zurich Office, and Nicolas Calini, a researcher who has worked for seven years at Google, joined Antropic this 12 months. Open AI was founded in 2015 and its corporate value is currently $ 300 billion (about 408 trillion won), while Antropic is founded in 2021 and is currently $ 61.5 billion (about 84 trillion won). It is alleged that the expectation of growth through early stock rewards is bigger.
