The US House of Representatives will propose a bill to trace the situation after the sale of artificial intelligence (AI) chips produced in NVIDIA. That is to deal with the situation that NVIDIA chips are violating the US export control regulations and are being smuggled into China.

This bill requires the US Department of Commerce to arrange a regulation to trace chip tracking and inappropriate use.
