It is understood that the Chinese government is attempting to use Tic Talk sale as a trade negotiation card with the USA. For that reason, the byte dance is understood to be noticed by the federal government regarding the sale of Tic Talk. Particularly, it is alleged that if it will not be, he’ll hand over the US service as a substitute of selling.

The Washington Post reported on Monday that the owner of Tic Talk, the owner of Tic Talk, appears to be slowly negotiating the sale of the Chinese government.

TickTalk investors, alternatively, are known to be in a rush to mediate negotiations to sell the corporate to US bidders.

As well as, China is using Tic Talk as a card that may profit from the Trump administration and trade and technology policy, and if it fails, it’s more prone to take the US service closure than the sale approval.

It is because measures have been effective on China to impose a ten%tariff on China from the 4th. Due to this fact, the Chinese government believes that there isn’t a reason to cooperate with the Trump administration with a tic talk problem.

President Trump signed an administrative order on the twenty first of last month, just after his inauguration, and earned 75 days to barter the sale of Tic Talk.

It is understood that the acquisition proposal was made in TikTalk, which were found to be 4 places: Investor Group, Purfflect City AI, and Oracle-MS Consortium, which included a consortium of Frank McCot, former Los Angeles Dodgers, and a famous YouTuber Mr. Beast.

Meanwhile, Tic Talk is understood to be recovering traffic in the USA after the service resumes. In the USA, users are only a part of the world, however the creator accounts for a big share. Due to this fact, if the US service is closed, Tic Talk’s global service may also be hit.
