Microsoft (MS) and Oracle have been found to be negotiating TikTalk. Through this, President Donald Trump is planning to secure TikTalk’s global technology control and maintain a minority stake within the byte dance.
The NPR cited two anonymous sources on Monday (25) and reported that investor groups, including Microsoft and Oracle, are negotiating to take over TikTalk’s global operation. Even though it just isn’t a three way partnership on services in the US, it’s noteworthy that it’s negotiations to secure global operating rights.
In line with this, the bytes dance maintains a minority stake in Tic Talk, while the app’s algorithms, data collection, and software updates are supervised by Microsoft and Oracle.
