Wisenut (CEO Kang Yong-seong), a man-made intelligence (AI) specialist, is the lead organization for the ‘Development of dark data evaluation technology to expand data size and improve accuracy’ project hosted by the Ministry of Science and ICT and promoted by the Institute for Information and Communication Planning and Evaluation (IITP). It was announced on the eleventh that a complete of 4 years of research and development had been accomplished starting in 2021.
Roughly 80% of the overall data held by corporations stays unused data that is generally unused and discarded. This known as ‘dark data,’ and the necessity for technology to find effective value and put it to use effectively in business is emerging.
This study goals to specify practical ways to utilize dark data and support non-experts to simply discover dark data and construct learning data. Wisenut conducted research specializing in integrating information extracted from dark data with the corporate’s internal and external data and analyzing semantic relationships. The reason is that the muse has been laid for corporations to secure additional highly accurate data and put it to use reliably for practical business decisions.
Specifically, we focused on developing data processing automation tools to process a series of information flows from data collection, conversion, and evaluation in real time.
