Former President Donald Trump claimed that Democratic presidential candidate Vice President Kamala Harris used artificial intelligence (AI) technology to govern images of crowds at rallies. However the photos in query have been proven to be real.
CNBC reported on the eleventh (local time) that former President Trump said in a post on his social media outlet, TruthSocial, “Did anyone notice that Harris used a trick on the airport?” and “There was actually nobody across the plane. Harris used AI to indicate an enormous crowd of so-called followers, but they didn’t exist.”
It is a reference to a photograph of a campaign rally that Vice President Harris attended at Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport on the seventh. Vice President Harris traveled on Air Force Two together with her running mate, Minnesota Governor Tim Walz.
Harris’s campaign refuted former President Trump’s claim, saying, “That is an actual photo of the group.” The campaign said 15,000 supporters gathered on the airport on the time.
The group was real, with hundreds of individuals readily available on the event. Many distinguished politicians were also in attendance.
A lot of them uploaded photos and videos of the event, which was covered by dozens of reports channels.
It seems that the fake photo shared last weekend played a job in former President Trump’s recent claims.
He posted on social media together with a photograph of the rally that appeared to have been taken on the airport on the time. The photo was first posted on the eighth by a Harris supporter, and has sparked controversy because it has been reported to be AI-generated or manipulated.

Because the candidates from each camps engage in a full-scale confrontation, the AI controversy is anticipated to develop into more frequent. Last week, even a conspiracy theory emerged that President Joe Biden is AI.
