Lenovo announced on the sixth that it has signed a partnership with Deep Brain AI (CEO Se-young Jang) to offer a comprehensive solution to implement a virtual assistant based on generative artificial intelligence (AI).
Particularly, we plan to use it to a generative AI-based 'virtual assistant' combining Large Language Model (LLM) to comprehend an automatic concierge service available 24 hours a day within the hospitality and retail industries.
Supports commercialization of kiosk-type virtual employees. Digital humans can respond quickly to customer requirements and supply customized services efficiently.
'Lenovo Think System SE350' edge server shall be equipped with Deep Brain AI's AI human solution to support real-time conversation with users in addition to provide video compositing at the sting.
It has already participated within the 'F1 Lenovo US Grand Prix 2023' held in Austin, Texas, as an official F1 partner, and introduced the 'Lenovo ThinkEdge Avatar F1' experience. A full-size kiosk avatar that integrated Deepbrain AI's software into Lenovo's Infrastructure and ThinkEdge product lines was displayed.

Meanwhile, Lenovo plans to deliver evaluation and solutions within the AI and generative AI fields through the 'Lenovo Tech Day 2024' event on the twenty ninth. Deep Brain AI, participating as an AI solution eco partner, plans to deliver insights reminiscent of the role and cases of digital humans for 'Smarter Retail'.
