A prediction for the following decade
Within the previous installment, I explained that because AI product designers of the past decade intentionally smoothed out the user experience (UX) to be sure that users wouldn’t notice once they interacted with AI components, it doesn’t make sense that were the intended audience for all the excitement about AI back then (and there was loads of buzz). All that AI talk wasn’t geared toward users or most of the people.
It was geared toward the of AI systems.
